Biography
Mr. Vasquez is Principal-in-Charge of VMA's in-house technical excellence and overall Quality Control/ Quality Assurance Programs. With over 29 years of design and construction administration experience, Mr. Vasquez has a diverse background in projects ranging from preparation of Request for Proposals to some highly sophisticated facilities for the Navy Seal's Special Operation Forces. In addition, Mr. Vasquez has completed courses for sustainable training for Planners, Architects & Engineers by the Department of the Navy. He has also completed extensive Antiterrorism Force Protection (ATFP) courses and participated in the evaluation and preparation of several value engineering studies for the Navy.
