Vasquez Marshall Architects and their design team renovated an existing tenant space in Rancho Bernardo for a branch facility for Union Bank of California. In addition to a revamped main building entry and a new HVAC system, a fresh and revitalized color pallet was introduced into the facility's interior. Natural wood and stone materials were married with clean metal accents reflected in the new teller line, millwork and varied lighting elements, creating a cohesive package with a classic contemporary edge to stay current for years to come.
