Vasquez Marshall Architects and their design team renovated an existing tenant space in Del Mar for a branch facility for Union Bank of California. In addition to a new exterior ATM and Access Control System at the main building entry, a fresh and revitalized color pallet was introduced into the facilities interior. Natural wood and stone materials were married with clean metal accents reflected in the new teller line, millwork and varied lighting elements, creating a cohesive package with a classic contemporary edge to stay current for years to come.
