A 64,000 square foot Corporate Office Tenant Improvement for Chase Auto Finance. Similar to the "Loan to Value Ratio" in lending, the design provides additional value, through an alternative to the traditional office layout, allowing for the company to make a statement about its unique characteristics. The open plan design or "qi" flows through the floors allowing for the atmosphere of harmony and continued change, without blockage that would hamper the company's future growth. This concept is again brought to your attention by the transparency in the Call Center areas promoting the accessibility and stability of the line of business within JP Morgan Chase. The Call Center is supported by a redundant uninterrupted power supply battery back-up system and a stand-by generator.
