This project consists of the design and construction of two facilities at separate locations. The Tactical Vehicle Maintenance Facility consists of a high bay vehicular maintenance facility with twelve maintenance bays, two overhead bridge cranes, grease racks, tools and parts storage, offices, and restrooms. Support services include open (covered) facilities for vehicle wash racks, a satellite accumulation area, a leveling pad area, waste oil collection and storage system (above ground storage and collection tanks), compressed air/ hydraulic oil systems, a gas welding system, and guard house. Exterior walls consist of precast concrete tilt-up panels with structural steel truss and joist framing systems. The Refueler Vehicle Maintenance Facility consists of a high bay pre-engineered building vehicular maintenance facility with two tanker maintenance bays, tools and parts storage, office, and restroom facilities.
