This facility consists of two distinct buildings - a Reserve Center Training Building and a Tactical Vehicle Maintenance Facility. The project provides training and maintenance facilities to support all aspects of training, recruiting, and administration of two Marine Corps Reserve Light Armored Reconnaissance companies, a Battalion Headquarters, and an active duty Variant Air Defense Battery. The Reserve Center Training building includes an entrance/ lobby with a duty officer's area, multipurpose room, various training rooms, classrooms, administration and office areas, locker, shower and restroom areas, and warehouse storage areas that contain two storage mezzanines with removable access railings. The maintenance high bays include vehicle roll-up doors, air compressor, hose reel exhaust, hose reel lubrication system, waste fluid collection and storage system, water reclamation system for the wash rack and vehicle maintenance facility and an overhead crane.
