This new four-story concrete masonry Bachelor Enlisted Quarters contains 200 living units to house 400 Marines. Work included complete development of design drawings and specifications, preparing all architectural and interior designs, and coordinating the services provided by consulting engineers. Central cores include elevators, laundry facilities and duty officer facilities. Project includes a separate activity building with kitchen facilities and outside basketball and sand volleyball courts, landscaped plazas, kiosks, and barbeques. The facility has been designed with the latest anti-terrorist force protection requirements.
