This 147,748 square foot, four-story Class 'A' office building anchors the Space and Missile Systems Center complex. The high-tech motif reflects the leading edge technology that is being developed by the United States Air Force. The programming concept was to provide functional and flexible tenant spaces. The lobby is a two-story space with finishes equivalent to what you would find in a Class 'A' office building.
