This project consists of ten new buildings including facilities for academic training and instruction classrooms, battalion headquarters, company headquarters, armory, electronics/communications maintenance shop, paraloft tower and parachute packing/storage areas, organic ground storage, operations center, battalion aid station, automotive industrial maintenance shop, warehouse and various storage configurations.

This project will be built out over three-phases with this project being the first phase designed and constructed. The infrastructure and overall masterplan was completed under Phase 1. Buildings were constructed of split-faced and precision CMU exterior walls and standing seam metal roofing panels with skylights.
