This new facility was constructed of split-faced integrally colored CMU with a standing seam metal roof. Windows are dual-glazed insulating glass with metal awnings at each location. Interior spaces consist of two open dining areas, two separate service lines, one fast food counter, one traditional cafeteria-style serving area, a large full service kitchen, food storage, preparation area, bakery, and administration offices. The mechanical system is housed under the roof on an equipment mezzanine deck. Natural light is incorporated into the facility through daylighting skylights.
