Four, 4 & 5-story BEQ's with a total of 751 living units. The building structures are reinforced concrete masonry units (CMU) with integral color enhanced CMU exterior walls & sloping standing seam metal roof systems. Supporting facilities include community rooms, weapons rooms, amphitheaters, outdoors sports & activity areas, parking areas & an 85' high helicopter rope suspension training (HRST) rappelling tower. Design included master planning to allow for future expansion of the training complex.

Each BEQ's main focal point is the community bldg. which provides a reception lobby area with lounges, multi-purpose rooms, game rooms, internet cafes, laundry facilities & outdoor covered BBQ areas.

USGBC LEED Gold Certification is being pursued for this project.
