The Riverwalk Center is a four building retail development located on a 7-acre site adjacent to San Diego's Fashion Valley Shopping Center and Riverwalk Golf Course. Riverwalk Center reflects the surrounding active community lifestyle with site specific design elements including high quality materials like stone, high performance glass and pre-finished metal entry elements that provide texture, scale and visual interest. The buildings include a two-story health/ fitness center, a two-story office building and two signature restaurant pads. The use of specialty landscape and hardscape elements as well as monument and directional signage link pedestrian and vehicular circulation systems together with themed elements setting the standard for future development phases.
